We are currently seeking a Senior Software Developer* (Linux).

Essential Functions

• Support full software development life cycle including analysis, design, development, test, maintenance and documentation.
• Development for Adabas add-on products e.g. replication. Plus, kernel and utilities for Linux, Windows.
• Lead and mentor other developers in the team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge in development with Java.
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows.
• Knowledge in other programming languages (Typescript, Python, C) and/or SQL databases is an advantage.
• Experience in source code control systems (Git) and continuous integration/delivery/testing (GitHub action, Jenkins).
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Good communication skills to work with different teams in different time zones.
