Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Software Developer, Hybrid to join our team at Crane, IN.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality; designing and developing user interfaces; determining design methodologies; completing programing; designing and conducting testing.

  • Oversees the creation of hybrid software, web, and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.

  • Responsible to integrate various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices.

  • Manage the development cycle associated with producing a resilient software, hardware and web application, including specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance.

  • Designs, develops, supports, and maintains the organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • One of the following or ability to obtain: CASP+, CISSP, or equivalent DoD 8570.01 IAT-3 certification is required.

  • BS and 0 years of experience OR Associates Degree with 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma with 6 years of experience.

  • 7+ years of related IT experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of software development experience.

  • Previous experience supporting DoD environment.

  • Previous experience supporting Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI)

Clearance Requirements:

  • U.S. Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80%.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
