QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or a foreign equivalency; plus
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in delivering SaaS applications, monitoring, troubleshooting as software engineer, software developer, System Coordinator or any related job title;
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Java and/or JavaScript;
• Minimum 5 years of experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment;
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics 365;
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Agile software development methodology;
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with both relational and no-SQL databases;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing/deploying microservices;
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Container/Cluster Management such as Docker/Kubernetes; and
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Big Data Analytics: e.g.: Databricks, Spark, Kafka.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Contribute to the AI platform to enable innovations in PROS products.
• Research customer-reported incidents, make necessary code changes to fix the issue, prepare a patch update, and deploy the new version of apps and microservices.
• Learn and keep up with new technologies and frameworks.
