About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Architect to join Xcelium Compiler Team. The responsibilities will include implementing advanced compiler algorithms, profiling and analyzing current implementation and rearchitecting for efficient solutions in time and space.
The candidate will collaborate with a team of experienced senior architects on strategic architectural and infrastructural initiatives to shape the future of our simulation technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Architect Software solutions that are efficient in time and memory complexity
- Own architecture for major compiler subsystems
- Drive delivery of key product capabilities
- Contribute to customer success at strategic accounts
- Collaborate with Senior architects on next generation architectural projects
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor's in computer science or electrical engineering
- 15+ years' experience in related field
- Deep expertise in Compiler architecture OR HDL simulation
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming.
- Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and databases
- Understanding of compilers, parsing and code generation, static elaboration, event driven or parallel simulation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills and creativity in tackling complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The annual salary range for California is $203,000 to $377,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
