Join NVIDIA’s ambitious team and be part of a legacy of innovation! We are seeking a Principal SW Architect, Networking to build the future of AI data-centers. This role is tailored for those passionate about collective communication, vertical co-development of AI networks, and large model training scalability. Your work will drive innovation and contribute to large-scale production, making a real impact on the world!

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing the next-gen Scale-up fabric for AI data-centers

  • Concentrating on collaborative communication and vertical co-development of AI networks alongside hardware, software, and applications

  • Guaranteeing scalability, reliability, and robust training for large model development

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and implement innovative solutions

  • Creating innovative concepts that will ultimately proceed to full-scale manufacturing

  • Partnering with world-class talent to successfully implement new technologies

  • 6+ experience in software architecture and networking

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

  • Strong expertise in AI applied research

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver flawless results

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
