About this role:

As a Senior Social User Acquisition Manager in Connecteam you will help grow our user acquisition efforts through exploring & identifying opportunities to scale in new platforms & media formats, launch and scale different marketing channels. 

 

Ownership & responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish new paid acquisition channels.
  • Plan, create, manage global performance campaigns in different social channels (Meta, TikTok, Youtube etc)
  • Own marketing strategy and the ad creative process end-to-end from campaign ideation to creation to launch to measurement, and ongoing optimization
  • Handle all aspects of campaign management, conduct A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness, including CTR, conversion rates, and user acquisition costs.
  • Monitor market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to implement new marketing channels or methodologies to capitalize on a rapidly evolving marketing ecosystem and customer privacy landscape
  • Collaborate with our creative studio to create compelling and targeted creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance the marketing funnel and unlock additional growth opportunities

 Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in managing large budget user acquisition campaigns and a proven track record of driving user growth and revenue.
  • Experience working directly with creative teams - MUST
  • Cross-platform experience: Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc - advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in launching and scaling new paid acquisition channels, specifically on YouTube and Facebook - advantage.
  • Deep understanding of creative formats and best practices specific to YouTube and Facebook advertising.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and personalized marketing tactics to enhance campaign relevance and engagement.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing tools, systems, and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a collaborative spirit, capable of working with various stakeholders to identify and implement effective digital media strategies
  • A big-picture thinker who’s independent and applies a proactive approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Previous experience in an early-stage startup or similar fast-paced environment- an advantage 
  • Fluent in English
