What You’ll Be DoingThe Short Version:
We’re looking for a Senior Social Producer & Community Manager for The Hustle. This role blends strategy and execution: working crossfunctionally to set a direction for our social channels, creating original on-camera video content, repackaging existing Hustle content for new audiences to discover, and building an engaged community.
The Senior Social Producer & Community Manager will be expected to drive meaningful growth for the Hustle media ecosystem. You’ll have autonomy to experiment, react to trending topics, and shape how millions of people experience The Hustle every day.
- Voice our social and community channels:
- You’ll manage the daily posting schedule for TikTok, Reels, X, LinkedIn, and the YouTube Community tab.
- You hit "Publish" and you own the results.

- You’ll spend part of your week "in the field" (or in the studio) producing original unconventional business short form social first content.

- You’ll take The Hustle newsletter and our YT deep-dives and "translate" them for social.

- Community "In-The-Trenches":
- You’ll spend time every day in the comments and Community tabs.

- You’ll constantly be looking at the numbers, tracking what social content is best at converting viewers into newsletter and YouTube subscribers.
- You Love Business Stories:
- You see business as a source of great stories: ambition, conflict, failure, and unlikely wins — and you’re motivated to translate those stories for a broad audience
- You’re Tech-Fluent:
- You use AI to speed up the boring stuff (transcriptions, basic edits, research) so you can focus on the high-level creative.
- You Have "The Eye":
- You know what a good thumbnail looks like and you know when a hook is falling flat.
- You’re Scrappy:
- You’re comfortable experimenting with different content formats, and you’ve edited short form social content in the past with ease.
- You have access to resources but if you need to cover a story you can do it on your own with a few tools.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
