Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for our future Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team in Dublin, Ireland.

The role is offered as hybrid with 2-3 days per week onsite in our Sandyford office.

As part of Resmed’s Global Digital Marketing team, the Social Media Specialist plays a central role in bringing our social strategy to life across platforms and audiences. This role partners closely with Brand Marketing, Corporate Communications, regional marketers, and external agencies to execute, monitor, and optimize Resmed’s global and regional social media presence.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and executional—comfortable navigating a fast-moving publishing calendar, optimizing content performance, growing targeted communities, and monitoring the digital conversation to ensure Resmed shows up in the right moments with the right message.

Let's talk about responsibilities :

• Collaborate across Brand, Communications, and Marketing teams to shape and evolve the social content strategy

• Own and optimize the publishing calendar across regions and audiences, ensuring alignment with key campaigns and audience priorities

• Schedule, publish, tag, and track content using Sprinklr, ensuring consistency in voice, timing, and platform best practices

• Measure and report on performance across platforms, delivering regular insights and recommendations for optimization

• Grow follower and community engagement across priority audiences, using platform-specific strategies and content adaptations

• Monitor online conversations for key terms, brand mentions, competitor activity, and viral trends

• Capture and evaluate user-generated content (UGC), partnering with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to guide compliant reuse by marketing teams

• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Brand Marketing to support influencer engagement, including outreach and content coordination

Let's talk about qualifications, skills and experience :

• 8-12 years of experience in social media marketing, content publishing, influencer marketing, and/or community management

• Strong working knowledge of Sprinklr for publishing, tagging, tracking, and reporting

• Familiarity with social platform best practices (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

• Proven track record of growing and engaging communities within regulated industries (healthcare, medtech, pharma preferred)

• Strong understanding of social media governance, UGC rights, and working with compliance stakeholders

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed, global organization

• Strong writing, editing, and judgment skills across visual and written content

• Experience coordinating with or supporting influencer programs is a plus
