ABOUT THE POSITION
Senior Social Media Manager at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: take full ownership of BURGA’s social media presence. You will be responsible for shaping our organic social media strategy, driving highly engaging video content, and ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of social trends. You will work closely with Video Creators, Designers, Community Managers, as well as Creative and Art Directors to develop and execute best-in-class content strategies that drive high views, engagement, and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead innovative social media campaigns and content strategies that resonate with our global audience.
- Own and manage BURGA’s official social media accounts, ensuring strategic, high-quality content that maximizes views, engagement, and growth.
- Develop and implement a growth strategy to scale organic brand visibility.
- Develop and implement unique creative strategies for Instagram, focusing on video-first content that drives organic views.
- Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of social media video and photo shoots, ensuring a seamless and efficient production process.
- Collaborate with in-house video and content creators, providing clear briefs and scripting guidance to bring creative visions to life.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, experimenting with innovative formats, hooks, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Work closely with the Brand Team to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all social platforms.
- Partner with the Community Manager to track social sentiment, monitor audience feedback, and react quickly to community conversations.
- Analyze and track performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth) to optimize content and refine strategy continuously.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or creative production for a consumer brand.
- Proven success in developing creative strategies for organic social media that drive engagement and growth.
- Deep expertise in video production and editing, with a strong understanding of viral and high-performing content.
- Strong storytelling, scripting, and briefing skills, effectively communicating creative concepts to in-house and external content creators.
- Experience leading social media shoots, from concept to execution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track content performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, creators, and deadlines.
- Fluency in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and community-building in the digital space.
SALARY: 2500- 3000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
