Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is seeking a creative and dynamic Senior Social Media Content Creator to lead our content creation efforts and community engagement across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Youtube. This role combines being a creative force behind trending, short-form video content while building meaningful connections with our audience. The position will be responsible for creating authentic, trend-driven content that showcases our products and brand personality while representing the brand at key events and nurturing our community.


Job Description

  • Create, film, and edit engaging daily content for Instagram and TikTok (Stories, Reels, posts) showcasing CASETiFY products, collaborations, and culture
  • Host live-selling sessions and moderate brand live streams featuring new collections and collaborations
  • Present at in-person events, including store activations, product launches, and influencer gatherings
  • Conceptualize and execute creative video ideas that showcase products in an authentic way
  • Edit videos using various editing software while maintaining brand guidelines and aesthetic
  • Stay current with social media trends, sounds, and formats to produce timely and relevant content
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content from events, photo shoots, and collaborations
  • Create innovative unboxing and product showcase content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign objectives and product launches
  • Manage daily community engagement across social platforms
  • Interact with followers through comments and community engagement
  • Build meaningful connections with our tech-savvy, style-conscious audience
  • Identify and engage with potential brand advocates and tech/fashion influencers
  • Monitor social trends and audience sentiment, particularly in tech accessories and lifestyle space
  • Report on content performance and community insights
  • Collaborate with customer service on social media inquiries

Requirement

  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media content creation and community management
  • Demonstrated success in growing brand or personal social media accounts
  • Strong on-camera presence and comfortable being the face of brand content
  • Expert knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut)
  • Experience in hosting events or live streams
  • Deep understanding of social media trends and algorithm optimization
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful social media content creation
  • Experience with social media analytics and content performance tracking
  • Creative storytelling abilities and strong visual aesthetic
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with meticulous attention to design quality
  • Knowledge of lighting, sound, and video production basics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
