Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is seeking an experienced Global PR & Communications Manager to drive worldwide PR initiatives and manage cross-regional communications. This role will oversee the brand's global communications calendar and media strategy across all product categories, working closely with regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful launches globally.
  • The position serves as a key liaison between global headquarters and regional PR teams, ensuring alignment of regional programs with global directives while maintaining strong year-round editorial coverage across all markets.

  • Lead and execute global PR strategies across all markets, ensuring alignment between regional teams and global brand directives
  • Lead US market PR strategy while overseeing global communications
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key US media outlets and influencers
  • Manage US PR agency relationships and campaign execution
  • Drive US-first storytelling that can be adapted for global markets
  • Develop and oversee global communications calendar, including product launches, campaigns, and key PR activations across regions
  • Create and manage global PR materials, messaging frameworks, and asset toolkits that can be effectively localized for regional markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with international media, coordinating coverage across print, digital, and social channels
  • Manage global PR agencies and support regional teams in executing local PR programs while maintaining global standards
  • Lead strategic narrative development for product launches and brand initiatives across all markets
  • Track global PR performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership
  • Oversee global PR budget allocation and optimization across regions


Requirement

  • 8-10+ years of PR experience, with a significant focus on the US media landscape and proven relationships with top-tier US press
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Established a network of US media contacts, particularly in the art, culture, tech, and lifestyle sectors
  • Track record of securing coverage in major US publications (e.g., NYT, WSJ, Vogue, Artnet, etc.)
  • Experience managing US PR agencies and executing successful US-based campaigns
  • Prior experience with major US art/cultural events (Art Basel Miami, NYFW, etc.)
  • Proficiency in PR analytics tools (Meltwater, Muck Rack)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
  • Fluent English is required, and additional languages advantageous
  • Strong project management and event coordination capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects
  • Deep understanding of global media landscapes, particularly in APAC
  • Strong team player with excellent leadership skills
