As a Senior Social Media & Blog Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality content across our blog and social media platforms, primarily focused on cybersecurity topics. You will play a critical role in building our online presence, fostering community engagement, and aligning our client's content strategy with broader marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and thought leadership pieces such as whitepapers, focused on cybersecurity topics relevant to our target audience in Asia.
- Manage and grow our client's social media presence across multiple platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Foster a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and participating in relevant cybersecurity discussions.
- Develop and implement a social media content strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals and target audience.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Optimize blog and social media content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity writing or content creation.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and understanding their best practices.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong B2B cybersecurity writing portfolio.
- Ability to research and write on complex cybersecurity topics.
- Experience using social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience working in the cybersecurity or technology industry is a must.
