We are looking for an experienced Senior Snowflake Resource with strong expertise in Snowflake Data Cloud and hands-on experience integrating data from leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise data modernization initiatives, build scalable cloud data platforms, and enable seamless ERP-to-analytics integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Snowflake Architecture & Development
Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade data solutions on Snowflake.
Build scalable data models, schemas, pipelines, and performance-tuned workloads.
Implement best practices for Snowflake security, governance, RBAC, masking, and data sharing.
Optimize Snowflake costs through warehouse sizing, clustering, resource monitors, and query tuning.
ERP Data Integration
Lead integration of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / NetSuite / JD Edwards etc.) into Snowflake.
Design ingestion frameworks for ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, HR, Manufacturing.
Build batch and real-time pipelines using ETL/ELT tools.
Understand ERP source tables, transactional flows, master data, and reporting structures.
Enable harmonization of ERP data with CRM, legacy, and third-party systems.
Data Engineering & Transformation
Develop ELT pipelines using tools such as dbt, Matillion, Informatica, Talend, Fivetran, Airbyte, or Azure Data Factory.
Create dimensional models, fact/dimension structures, and semantic layers for reporting.
Implement CDC, SCD, incremental loading, and reconciliation frameworks.
Ensure data quality, lineage, auditability, and observability.
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
Work closely with business teams, ERP functional consultants, finance users, and analytics teams.
Translate business requirements into scalable Snowflake solutions.
Provide technical leadership to developers and junior engineers.
Support estimations, solutioning, and presales discussions.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
6+ years in Data Warehousing / Data Engineering.
3+ years hands-on experience with Snowflake.
Strong SQL and performance tuning expertise.
Experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP.
Experience with ETL/ELT tools and orchestration frameworks.
Strong understanding of data modeling (Kimball / Data Vault / Lakehouse concepts).
Hands-on experience with Python / Shell scripting.
ERP Knowledge
Strong knowledge of one or more ERP systems:

Oracle EBS / Fusion

Infor / JD Edwards
Understanding of ERP functional domains:
