Senior Sitefinity (.NET) Developer – Driving Excellence in Enterprise Web Development

Your Role:
We are seeking a Senior Developer with proven, hands-on Sitefinity expertise to design, build, and maintain enterprise-level websites. This is a remote position, open to candidates based in the APAC region or nearby time zones. Please note that this role specifically requires Sitefinity CMS experience — it is not a general .NET developer position.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performing web solutions while working closely with Technical Architects, Front-end Developers, and Project Managers. You will also help define technical strategies, manage deployments, and ensure our solutions are optimised for performance and future scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level websites using Sitefinity CMS
- Implement and maintain .NET-based web applications and APIs
- Customise Sitefinity components and integrate third-party systems or APIs
- Optimise performance, scalability, and deployment pipelines
- Write clean, maintainable, and secure code following best practices
- Provide technical troubleshooting and production support for Sitefinity projects
- Collaborate with Technical Architects, Front-end Developers, and Project Managers
- Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to process improvements
What We Look For:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Sitefinity CMS development experience (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, including ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and .NET Core
- Proven experience in customising Sitefinity widgets, modules, and integrations
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server and database design
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
- Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud environments
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote team setup
- Familiarity with SEO-friendly web development
- Sitefinity Developer Certification is an advantage
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor.ai, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve coding efficiency and documentation
