We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities and ensure projects are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with specifications. The ideal candidate will have solid site supervision experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to support project delivery from start to completion.
Monthly Salary Range
RM4,000 - RM6,000 dependent on experience

Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution
Assist in planning and monitoring project timelines and work schedules
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders
Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Identify and highlight potential site issues and support in resolving them
Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and manpower on-site
Prepare basic reports on site progress and updates for management
Support communication between site teams and project stakeholders
Other Requirements
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in site supervision or related roles in construction
Good understanding of construction processes, materials, and site practices
Ability to coordinate multiple parties and manage site activities effectively
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently when required
Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Relevant certifications or technical qualifications are an advantage
