Vita Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor CSA to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

The platform focuses on investing, acquiring, developing, constructing, managing, and operating real estate projects in fast-growing life sciences, innovation and R&D real estate markets in Asia-Pacific. The company operates within two main segments – a high-barrier-to-entry life sciences project construction management business and a specialized investment management business. Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:

Manage the project delivery, including the design development process, consultant appointments, authority approvals, procurement, contract administration and project reporting.

Determine project management, technical services and site management

Manage sub-con, consultant team and project stakeholders to ensure effective completion of responsibilities including project brief/scope, fees, processing claims, deliverable and / or project variations etc.

Display strong communication and negotiation skills to support the client/customer focus.

Ensure the site safety is delivered.

Assist with the timely sequencing / methodology and production of stating plans.
Requirements:

Main Contractor experienced in a supervisory role with relevant tertiary qualifications in Architectural Studies or equivalent.

Minimum 7 – 10 years' experience in working on construction projects.

Experience in working on construction projects in the area of planning and conceptual building design with strong understanding of modern building materials, building services systems and construction principles.

Experience in a similar role in building/ refinery/ petrochemical/ process / pharmaceutical plant construction would be a distinct advantage

Good communication skills with ability to interact with people across all levels.

Knowledge of Construction and Property industries and an understanding of estimating, scheduling, field supervision, contracts administration, procurement and reporting.

This position is needed for night shift.

Contract duration 6 months.
