Overview: As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and improve our tools for monitoring production systems

Make technology choices at individual level and has ability to analyze impact

Profile production monitoring and identifies bottlenecks

Demonstrate expertise in writing scripts to monitor systems.

Help businesses develop an overall strategy for monitoring production systems. Contribute to planning and strategy with his/her ideas

Document procedures for logging and monitoring systems
-
Mentor less experienced engineers in implementing their user stories and defect resolutions
-
Participate in an on-call Rotation, drive incident resolution and improve platform resiliency
Qualifications:
-
4-7 years of Relevant Performance Monitoring Experience
-
4+ years of experience with scripting using PowerShell and/or python
-
4+ years experience with logging & monitoring tools (Azure Application Insights, New Relic, ELK, AppDynamics)
-
4+ years of Azure Experience
-
4+ years Experience in a Windows Environment & Linux Environments
-
4+ years of experience with code management and branching
-
4+ Years of experience supporting client configuration and support
-
4+ Years of experience using incident management system
-
4+ Years of experience developing microservices with Docker & Kubernetes
-
Good understanding of standard networking protocols and components such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, Networking and load balancing, and autoscaling
