Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
Expertise in Splunk, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace or its equivalent.
Experience and working knowledge of:
Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure)
GitLab
Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
Jira, Confluence
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Demonstrated ability to self-learn new technology and systems
A background demonstrating an expertise in problem-solving, critical thinking skills and an attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership accomplishments with the ability to teach and mentor others is critical
Appropriate backgrounds include:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related educational field.
Certifications in cloud, Kubernetes or SRE practices are a plus
