We are seeking a Senior Site Manager to join our WA Construction business and take a key leadership role across two significant projects south of Perth. This is an opportunity for a seasoned delivery leader to drive construction excellence, uplift site performance, and build capability within a high‑performing team.

In this role, you will oversee end‑to‑end site operations across your projects, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery.

Partnering closely with the Construction Director and broader construction leadership, you’ll set the tone for site culture, champion Zero Harm, and ensure our delivery frameworks are applied to the highest standard. You will lead a team of Site Managers, Supervisors and EHS, providing strong mentorship, technical direction, and decisive operational leadership.

To be successful you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Site Manager delivering complex commercial or mixed‑use projects.

  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades coordination and program delivery.

  • A leadership style that inspires, influences and builds capability.

  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

  • Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork and Lendlease values.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while balancing competing priorities across multiple projects.
