The Operations Manager oversees daily operations for a medium to large site or multiple client locations, leading a team responsible for services such as mail, print, copy, courier, imaging, hospitality, and managed services. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, business services, technical services, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience required.
  • Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
