As a ServiceNow ITSM Solution Architect, you will:
- Design and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with ITIL frameworks and business objectives.
- Define the long-term architectural roadmap and platform strategy for enterprise ServiceNow environments.
- Architect scalable, reusable, and upgrade-safe solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, and ServiceNow best practices.

- Lead root cause analysis for complex platform issues and implement long-term corrective solutions.
- Manage update sets, platform upgrades, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Advise executive leadership on ServiceNow capabilities, platform roadmap, technical limitations, and strategic implementation decisions.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8–10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, solution architecture, and ITSM implementation.
- Strong expertise in designing enterprise-scale ITSM solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
- Extensive experience integrating enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and IntegrationHub.
- Hands-on experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, data migration, and large-scale data synchronization.
- Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, Record Producers, Service Portal, and workflow automation.
- Experience optimizing platform performance, transaction processing, and database efficiency.
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
- Experience establishing development standards, governance models, and architectural guidelines.
