The Role:
We are looking for a has a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer to support multiple Agile teams to support Agile design, development, and sustainment of human capital systems for our Federal Government customer. This project covers the implementation and support for our customer's human capital systems. A passion for performance, strong desire for quality conformance, and attention to detail are prerequisites for this position.
The Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer at STS will:

As a ServiceNow HRSD developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in ServiceNow HRSD. Working closely with customers, business analysts and process consultants, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across teams within an agile framework and you must communicate clearly and effectively with other team members and customer stakeholders.
Primary Job Duties:
- Development and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD – 50%
- Technical design and solutioning – 20%
- Troubleshooting – 20%
- Guiding junior resources – 10%
Education and Experience:
Required

Considered an emerging authority, who applies extensive technical experience. Develops technical solutions to complex problems. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Minimum 7 years experience + Bachelor Degree or equivalent (Associate degree +2 years experience; 6 years experience; or relevant professional certification);
Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, 3+ years; or experience with any module in ServiceNow, 5+ years.
- ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.
- Experience working in agile teams, including responsibility for pointing user stories, 3+ years.
- Experience with technical solution design, including building technical documentation, 5+ years.
- Experience leading technical or development teams, 2+ years.
Preferred Skills
- Agile certification, preferably with SAFe.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, 2+ years.
- Experience with building ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST), 2+ years.
- Experience with enterprise design thinking, 2+ years.
