Purpose

In a world, where cloud adoption seems almost as a must for organizations to remain competitive, there is growing demand in Europe for solutions that can guarantee organizations control over their data and over their technical roadmap with as little dependence on decision of vendors, especially non-European ones, as possible. T-Systems decided to develop Open Sovereign Cloud to address these needs, primarily for the most sensitive use cases in regulated healthcare and public sector. Built on cloud-native architecture, based on open-source software with support for Confidential Computing for cloud native environments, we are already enabling first customers from German healthcare market to leverage benefits of a cloud and still comply with strict regulatory requirements.


The role of a Senior Service Chain Operation Manager for a cloud-native solution based on Kubernetes technology involves overseeing the end-to-end service delivery process for areas including service orchestration, monitoring and optimization, incident management, capacity planning, security compliance, documentation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What you will do?

  • Act as an interface between OPM/SDM/Service Owner (Customer) and SC OPM or OPM (both local) / operation in defined field in order to keep quality of the production.
  • Responsible for service chains of a specific business service / product cross various organizational units.
  • Responsible for KPIs and SLAs / OLAs of the contracted services, have an overview about all INMs, CHMs, PRMs, RCAs and participate on CCABs.
  • Accountable for technical content of operational / specialized technical concepts.
  • Deliver input for resource planning to ensure operational stability.
  • Ensure the quality of provided services and provides operational support.
  • Coordinate, manage and monitor operational performance.
  • Identify, formulate and implement the improvement of processes and policies to maximize operational output.
  • Operational interface between the production, the service delivery management (SDM) and other delivery units for the ordered delivery elements.
  • Responsible for the Datacenter & Infrastructure activities, Delivery Orders, Order of the HW, DC costs, Commissioning & Decommissioning of the HW, Asset entries in AM and their Lifecycle.
  • Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of provided services.
  • Single point of contact towards the internal customer.
  • Participating on Audit, Compliance, Security related sessions (Gematik, PSA, C5, Quality Gates).
  • Responsible for reviewing financial statements and data and utilizes financial data to improve the profitability of the service chain / delivery account with SDM. (optional).
  • Prepare and control operational budgets plans effective strategies for the financial well-being of operation.(optional).
  • Manage customer support to the extent of his functionality and supports sales activities together with the SDM organization. (optional).

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600 € /brutto.
