About the role

Amenitiz is an all-in-one hotel management platform built for independent hoteliers — PMS, channel manager, booking engine, and website builder in one place. Organic search is one of our most strategic acquisition channels, and this role sits at its centre.

As Senior SEO Specialist, you'll own the end-to-end organic search strategy across five locales (EN, FR, IT, ES, PT), with France as the primary growth market. Your north-star metric is New MRR driven through organic — not just rankings or traffic.

Your missions

  • Partner with the Content team to ensure all content is SEO, AEO, and AI search optimised across all five locales — briefing, reviewing, and iterating per locale.
  • Own our competitor comparison pages and a 100+ term hospitality glossary programme — systematically improving every page across copywriting quality, SEO, structured data, and AI search visibility.
  • Manage technical SEO: hreflang, canonical strategy, JSON-LD structured data (FAQPage, HowTo, BreadcrumbList), Core Web Vitals, and crawl health across our Webflow site.
  • Own our Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategy — FAQ architecture, featured snippet capture, and People Also Ask coverage across all content types.
  • Drive our visibility in AI-powered search — optimising content to be cited and recommended by Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini when a hotelier searches for hotel management software.
  • Monitor performance across Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush — translating data into clear priorities and actions.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with strong knowledge of on-page optimization and content SEO.
  • Solid technical SEO foundations: you can write and validate JSON-LD from scratch, manage hreflang at scale, and diagnose crawl and indexation issues independently.
  • Comfortable working in Webflow or a comparable CMS without developer support.
  • Strong analytical mindset — you connect SEO activity to pipeline and revenue, not just traffic.
  • Fluent in English; strong written communication skills.

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of on-page SEO techniques (keyword research, metadata, content structure, internal linking)
  • Good grasp of technical SEO fundamentals such as crawlability, indexation, and site speed optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to translate data into actionable SEO insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
  • A passion for SEO and curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends and algorithm updates
