What You’ll Be Doing:

As an SEO Specialist at Invicti, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that increase our online visibility and drive organic quality lead growth. You will work closely with our S to ensure that our web presence aligns with best practices and supports our broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research & Analysis: Identify and analyze high-value keywords that align with Invicti’s business goals. Continuously refine and optimize keyword strategies to improve organic search performance.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize Invicti’s website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking structures, to ensure high search engine rankings and an exceptional user experience.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that speaks to our target audience and aligns with search engine guidelines. Provide recommendations on content structure, keyword usage, and on-page optimization.
  • Technical SEO: Partner with web developers to enhance the website’s architecture, performance, and code to meet the latest SEO standards. Address technical issues like site speed, crawl errors, and mobile responsiveness to maintain site health.
  • Link Building: Develop and implement strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources, enhancing Invicti’s domain authority and search visibility.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor site performance, track key SEO metrics such as rankings, sessions and demos and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities and gaps. Use insights to inform and adjust Invicti’s SEO strategies.
  • SEO Audits: Perform regular SEO audits to identify and resolve on-page and off-page SEO issues. Propose and implement changes to improve website structure, page load speed, and overall SEO performance.

What You’ll Need:

  • 6+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within the technology or software industry.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Clearscope, and Search Atlas.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and improving search engine rankings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across different teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with web application security or a strong interest in cybersecurity.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how it relates to SEO.
