About the role:

AvePoint is excited to provide the opportunity for a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist with a strong focus on off-page optimization to join our team.


What you will be doing?:

  • Partner with our content and communication team to craft strategies and content for link acquisition.
  • Proactively engage and reach out to potential third-party website owners.
  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to improve website authority and search engine rankings.
  • Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through various methods such as guest posting, influencer outreach, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure compliance with search engine guidelines and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform audits on our backlink profiles to identify spam links and perform link disavowal.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop link-worthy content that attracts natural backlinks.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify link-building opportunities and strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in off-page SEO and link-building techniques.
  • Report on off-page SEO performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an SEO specialist, with a strong focus on off-page optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proven track record of successful link-building campaigns and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and outreach skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content marketing and social media strategies.
  • Familiarity with online PR and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
