  • Strategically scale and improve web content, page categorization, and templates, working with UX and product
  • Lead editorial content approach, prioritizing content opportunities with the biggest SEO impact
  • Identify and test opportunities for automation and process improvements
  • Identify the correct KPIs to track in order to evaluate the impact of organic growth activities and reporting results to leadership and peers
  • Analyze and attribute SEO performance data, recommend and implement optimizations
  • Drive increased organic conversion through experimentation with new tools, which may include personalization, ROI calculators, and generative AI
  • Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot any website issues

I’ve got the skills… but do I have the necessary ones?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 10 years of working on web initiatives, ideally in fintech
  • Ability to handle the fast pace of a startup while working effectively within the constraints of a regulated industry
  • Strong collaboration, prioritization, and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Data-driven, with a passion for experimentation that drives actionable insights
  • Growth mindset, willing to roll up sleeves with the belief that the buck stops here
  • Experience with SEO optimization tools such as Google Search Console, AHEFs or SEMRush
  • Expert with CMS systems, including headless
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Oh, and don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Remote work
  • Generous equity package
  • 401K with company match
  • Parental leave
  • Continuing education and professional development
  • The excitement of joining a high-growth Insurtech company and seeing your work make an impact
