The Role

We are looking for a Senior SEO & GEO Specialist to lead and deliver projects across multiple client accounts.

A strong foundation in SEO is essential. Experience with GEO and optimisation for AI Search (e.g. LLM-driven discovery, generative search environments) is a plus - but if you have the right SEO mindset, we will train you on what’s needed to succeed in AI Search.

You will own specific accounts and be responsible for identifying and executing the best strategies to achieve client KPIs through organic and search-led digital channels.

You won’t be working alone; our processes, documentation, and internal support are designed to help you ramp up quickly and focus on delivering impact.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

SEO & GEO Delivery

  • Create SEO/GEO proposals for new and existing clients
  • Conduct technical, content, and performance audits
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and execution plans
  • Implement SEO and GEO recommendations across websites and platforms
  • Monitor performance and deliver clear, insightful reporting

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Support Account Managers in client communication and relationship management
  • Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, media, analytics) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best-practice development

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and/or GEO.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented and performance-driven.
