Join Roblox as a Senior Security Technical Program Manager and become a key player in an exceptionally ambitious team. You will be part of the Privacy Engineering team and help us successfully implement world-class privacy solutions, ensuring our platform remains safe and secure.

You will:

  • Develop and manage privacy-related technical programs, ensuring detailed execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rigorously determine and address privacy risks.
  • Lead privacy assessments and implement proven mitigation strategies.
  • Supervise and enforce compliance with global privacy regulations.
  • Create and deliver privacy training and awareness programs.
  • Influence product design to incorporate privacy-by-design principles.

You have:

  • Proven experience in privacy program management or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of global privacy regulations and standards (e.g.: GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc…).
  • Understanding of privacy principles (e.g.: data minimization, identity profiling, etc…).
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.

  • An advocate for user privacy and safety.
  • A great teammate with a positive attitude.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$203,380$266,580 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
