Skills Required
- 8+ years hands-on experience with Palo Alto or FortiGate firewalls in L2/L3 operations
- Certifications: PCNSA, PCNSE, NSE4, CCIE (Security) and CCNA/CCNP (R&S)
- Create and manage security rules and NAT rules on Palo Alto and FortiGate
- Configure security profiles and log forwarding profiles; zone security management
- Troubleshoot high CPU utilization and L4/L7 application issues, application override
- Manage GlobalProtect VPN configuration and troubleshooting
- Backup and firmware upgrade of multiple firewall devices
- Device health monitoring, investigate alerts from monitoring tools

- Plan and execute critical changes, manage TAC cases end-to-end and create RCA
