Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and optimization of the company's core product search system.
- Optimize and enhance the search evaluation platform; propose and implement strategies for improving search effectiveness.
- Design and develop systems for mining search logs and analyzing user behavior to uncover actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java and Python.
- Solid understanding of search engine technologies, including tokenization, indexing, weighting, scoring algorithms, and rankingalgorithms.
- Deep familiarity with the architecture of open-source search engines such as Lucene, Sol, and Elasticsearch, with proven experience in secondary development.
- Hands-on experience in search relevance algorithms, ranking algorithms, and personalized search techniques.
- Backaround in information retrieval., natural language processing, or data mining is highly preferred.
- Strong analvtical and problem-solving skils, with a passion for continuous learning and technical excellence
