Job Title
- Guide teams in Agile and Scrum practices, including estimation, built‑in quality, ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Owners to support backlog clarity and value‑focused delivery.
- Support individuals in identifying challenges and making decisions.
- Create an environment where team members feel comfortable raising concerns.
- Encourage a culture of learning, shared influence, and personal development.
- Facilitate core team ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Meetings, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Participate meaningfully in Program Increment (PI) events including team breakouts and System Demos.
- Support planning and alignment across teams through regular refinement and synchronization meetings.
- Clarify and publish team goals to maintain visibility and transparency.
- Work with teams to identify and address impediments and improve flow.
- Help teams support consistent value delivery across Agile groups.
- Contribute to risk and dependency management in coordination with other teams.
- Communicate useful Agile execution metrics such as velocity and flow‑based indicators.
- Maintain transparency around progress, goals, risks, and impediments.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, QA, architects, and engineering teams to support healthy backlogs and alignment.
- Strengthen communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders to improve clarity and delivery quality.
- Enable continuous improvement through retrospectives, maturity assessments, and actionable follow‑ups.
- Participate in Scrum Master Communities and contribute to knowledge‑sharing.
- Coordinate periodic Agile team maturity assessments and support improvement follow‑through.

- Experience using JIRA or similar Agile lifecycle tools.
- Experience supporting multiple teams with varying cadences.
- Ability to support dependency management and reliable delivery.
- Significant experience working with Agile/Scrum environments or similarly complex contexts.
- Experience as Scrum Master for multiple teams is helpful.
- Certifications such as CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), or SAFe Scrum Master are beneficial but not required.
