Job Description
- Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Track and report on key metrics to monitor team performance and project progress.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's productivity and progress.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Create and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Manage dependencies within and across teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- 10 years experience working as a Scrum Master.
