Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, including project scope, schedule, costs, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support sprint goals, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communication, providing regular progress updates and facilitating decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Coach and support the Scrum team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or similar delivery role.
• Proven experience delivering projects in Agile environments.

• Advanced English proficiency.
