About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Scrum Master to support Business as Usual (BAU) delivery activities within Vulnerability Management. This role will serve as the Scrum Master for multiple agile teams responsible for Level 1 vulnerability management operations, ensuring effective execution of agile ceremonies, operational governance, risk management practices, and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will partner closely with product owners, technology leaders, and vulnerability management stakeholders to drive operational excellence, enhance team effectiveness, and support the delivery of secure, reliable technology services.
In this role, you will:
  • Facilitate the scrum process with cross functional impact that involve moderately complex projects, non-projects, or maintenance work
  • Guide the scrum teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint
  • Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance
  • Deliver capabilities using agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
  • Partner with discipline managers about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards
  • Facilitate the Scrum Agile ceremonies for the teams
  • Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the team and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using AI-assisted development and analysis tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot and approved code-centric agents)
  • Leverage AI to accelerate system design, coding, testing, analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Apply strong technical judgment when validating and integrating AI-assisted outputs into solutions
  • Understand and account for model limitations, security risks, and operational considerations
  • Apply AI responsibly in development and production environments
  • Ensure AI usage aligns with security, compliance, privacy, and ethical standards
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Vulnerability Management, Cybersecurity Operations, Information Security, or Technology Infrastructure teams
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management processes, remediation tracking, risk prioritization, and operational governance practices
  • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies for multiple teams in a highly regulated enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools to manage team delivery and operational metrics
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), change management, and technology risk management principles
  • Ability to identify, track, and escalate operational risks, dependencies, and impediments across multiple teams
  • Experience partnering with technology leaders, product owners, engineers, and security stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) preferred
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$100,000.00 - $179,000.00
