Serve as a Senior Scrum Master facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams in Agile/SAFe, removing impediments, supporting Product Owners, driving continuous improvement, coordinating across ARTs and participating in PI planning to enable high-performing teams.

As a Senior Scrum Master , you will:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a servant leader, coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile values, Scrum principles, and SAFe practices.
- Remove impediments proactively and shield teams from external disruptions to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness.
- Foster healthy team dynamics, psychological safety, and high-performing Agile teams.
- Drive continuous improvement through regular inspection, adaptation, and data-driven insights.
- Promote transparency using Agile metrics, delivery data, and visible dashboards.
- Support cross-team collaboration to resolve dependencies and align goals across teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Coordinate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other Scrum Masters within SAFe environments.
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning and contribute to ART-level execution and alignment.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8–10 years of overall experience in project delivery within Agile / IT / engineering environments.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile SAFe environments.
- Deep understanding of Scrum framework, Agile values, principles, and SAFe practices.
- Strong experience facilitating Scrum events and Agile ceremonies.
- Experience working with Product Owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong background in iterative development methods within IT or engineering domains.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
- Coach teams and stakeholders toward Agile maturity and continuous improvement.
- Build alignment and collaboration across multiple teams and ARTs.
- Use Agile metrics and data to guide delivery improvements and decision-making.
- Protect teams from scope creep and unplanned interruptions during sprints.
- Adapt Agile practices by applying Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Lean principles where appropriate.
