About the Role:The Senior Scientist, Bioanalysis & PK Operations will support the planning, coordination, and execution of non-regulated bioanalytical, PK, and TK activities. The role will manage BA/PK/TK study outsourcing, CRO and vendor relationships, critical reagent outsourcing, sample and shipping logistics, contracting and invoicing, study tracking and documentation, and cross-functional operational workflows. The position will partner closely with Bioanalysis, PK, in vivo, and project teams to ensure efficient study execution and timely delivery of high-quality data._
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):Coordinate non-regulated Bioanalysis and PK operations from study request through completion, including study tracking, documentation, and data management workflows
Coordinate and manage outsourcing of BA, PK, and TK studies, including CRO selection/engagement, study setup, monitoring, timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution
Manage outsourcing and logistics for critical reagent development and production, including vendor coordination, shipping, tracking, and inventory
Support PK study design, planning, execution, and monitoring in collaboration with PK, BA, in vivo, and project teams
Manage domestic and international sample and reagent shipments, including applicable shipping requirements and documentation
Support CRO/vendor management, contracting, purchase orders, invoicing, and study/reagent logistics for non-regulated activities
Coordinate sample and study data management, from physical sample assets through digital databases, study documentation, and data delivery
Serve as an operational representative on discovery and development project teams, supporting study readiness, cross-functional alignment, and timely execution
Contribute to the preparation and review of study reports and IND/CTA-enabling documentation, as appropriate
PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacokinetics, bioanalysis, analytical chemistry, biology, or related discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience; OR
MS with 4+ years; OR
BS with 6+ years of relevant industry experience
Experience supporting nonclinical PK, pharmacology, toxicology and/or bioanalytical studies in a pharmaceutical/biotechnology or CRO environment
Experience with CRO/vendor management and outsourcing, including study coordination, timelines, deliverables, contracting, and invoicing
Working knowledge of bioanalysis and PK study workflows, including sample management, study documentation, and data/reporting processes
Experience coordinating biological sample and/or critical reagent shipments, including domestic and international logistics
Strong project management, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple studies and priorities
Experience with electronic study/data management systems such as Benchling, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar platforms preferred
Experience with critical reagent outsourcing/management and IND/CTA-enabling activities is a plus

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $130,800.00-$179,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.Skills Required
