Zalando’s ERP team is looking for a Bucharest based Senior VIM Consultant to support the execution of our Invoice processing within P2P direct and indirect Procurement strategy by developing and scaling core business processes.
You will join a diverse and international team of 15 ERP consultants managing P2P, B2B, SD and POS processes in on-prem SAP S/4 systems and associated integrations. Our work environment is fast-paced and we utilize the latest SAP/ VIM and Coupa technologies. Teamwork and knowledge sharing come first in our team. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)Architect the end-to-end integration of OpenText VIM into S/4HANA MM, Coupa and FI landscapes.
Design robust, global templates for automated 3-way matching, EDI inbound/outbound processing, and exception routing.
Define the technical strategy for automated tax compliance, localized legal requirements, and automated debit/credit note generation frameworks.
Evaluate and implement advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition) / IES (Information Extraction Service) models for invoice data capture.
Experience: 5 - 8+ years of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) experience, with 4+ years specifically architecting OpenText VIM solutions .
You have strong English language skills to thrive in an international environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or equivalent experience .
OpenText VIM certification is a strong plus.
