Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznan we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Senior SAP Treasury Consultant
Poznan, Poland
Join John Deere Global IT Finance organization located in Poznan and seize the opportunity to grow as a Senior Software developer in IT Treasury Scrum team.
You will:

  • Provide technical improvements and troubleshooting for SAP Treasury systems.
  • Develop and execute test cases to validate the functionality, identify and resolve defects, and ensure compliance with business requirements.
  • Integrate SAP Treasury with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Lead the identification of opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs, driving solution development in collaboration with your Scrum team.
  • Your role will involve mentoring and guiding other developers, ensuring that our team delivers high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.


Key skills and qualifications:

  • Strong IT proficiency in SAP Treasury modules, including Cash Management.
  • Understanding of treasury principles, financial instruments, and risk management concepts.
  • Familiarity with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Demonstrated good decision-making skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including escalation to leadership as needed.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Learning Agility and Innovation, which entails a desire and openness to engage in continuous technical learning and identifying areas for practical application.


We also require:

  • Very good knowledge of English, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours due to the global nature of the product.


Any of the following, will make your application stand out:

  • Knowledge of SAP Central Finance, SAP S4, SAP BTO or SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Familiarity with ABAP programming, Fiori development, and integration technologies.
  • SAP BTP Services knowledge in one or more of the following:
    • Cloud Platform Integration (CPI),
    • Business Process Automation (BPA),
    • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Experience working with Kyriba, Palantir, or other Treasury related products: REVAL, FXALL, LexisNexis, SunGard, Reuters, BRMEdge, Quantitative Risk Management (QRM).
