Senior SAP TM Consultant

Our client is the biggest European FTL (Full Truck Load) transportation company, is partnering with SAP to implement a complete end-to-end transportation management solution. They seek excellence in everything they do, so to ensure smooth SAP implementation process they are looking for a Senior SAP Consultant, who is willing to use an opportunity and participate in SAP TM implementation projects and by collaborating in Agile environment together with world-class consultants to deliver project outputs and build expertise in SAP area.

You will closely work with Business and External partners to understand requirements and ensure that developed and purchased applications function properly to meet business expectations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Be a trusted business advisor of SAP Transportation Management solution;
• Understand Business requirements and turn them into solution design, technical specifications;
• Ensure the solution is being delivered according to the Solution design;
• Build E2E solution designs for Integrations with external or internal systems;
• Customize SAP domain solution according to requirements and unit testing;
• Supervise/Execute System and Integration Testing;
• Supervise/Execute End user Training;
• Ensure the Service quality, raise system improvements for more efficient IT operations and business processes;
• Ensure Data quality within domain;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project, team, and work environment by submitting improvement proposals.

Our expectations:

• Previous SAP experience >5 years;
• Team player, with strong interpersonal skills;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Deep knowledge in at least one of the SAP domains and general SAP best practices
• Experience in building the system solution designs and ensuring the delivery according to it;
• Experience in Integrations solution delivery;
• Fluency in English language - verbal and written communication, including technical writing;
• Higher education in IT, business management, data science, financial economics or relevant;
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus;
• Previous SAP TM and/or Logistics processes experience is a plus.
