Your Role
In this role, you actively shape the further development of BEUMER Group’s global SAP landscape. As Senior SAP Solution Owner (m/f/d), you take end-to-end responsibility for core business processes in Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Project System (PS). Working closely with international business and IT teams, you contribute significantly to the continuous development of a scalable, integrated global S/4HANA template.
Your Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of SAP processes throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, stable operations and continuous optimization
- Active development and optimization of global business processes with a clear focus on measurable business impact, efficiency and transparency
- Design and continuous evolution of a scalable, future-proof SAP architecture aligned with global standards and S/4HANA best practices
- Responsibility for integrated end-to-end process chains across module boundaries (including PP, PM, PS, MM, EWM)
- Overall responsibility for implementation, rollout and optimization projects, including steering external partners and ensuring quality, budget and timelines
- Acting as a trusted advisor and senior sparring partner for business stakeholders in defining target concepts, business cases and transformation initiatives
- Prioritization of requirements in line with global IT and business strategy
- Establishment and adherence to governance structures to ensure sustainable development of your SAP domain
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in SAP consulting and/or in-house roles with a strong focus on PP, PM and PS
- Proven experience with end-to-end responsibility for SAP processes and complex transformation, rollout or optimization projects
- Solid understanding of integrated SAP process landscapes and good knowledge of adjacent modules such as MM, EWM or QM
- Experience in managing external implementation partners and working in international project environments
- Strong analytical, conceptual and business-oriented mindset
- High level of ownership, clear communication skills and confident stakeholder management
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
