About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA CRM Functional Consultant to join a Billing & CRM team within a Nordic Customer IT organization.

The team develops, maintains, and supports SAP-based solutions built on SAP IS-U and SAP CRM that enable customer operations across the Nordic region. As part of a major digital transformation initiative, the organization is preparing for the migration from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA Customer Engagement.

The initial assignment will focus on the preparation phase of the migration project, followed by active involvement in the implementation and migration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, maintain, and optimize SAP CRM solutions.

• Support the migration from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA Customer Engagement.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.

• Configure and support SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing processes.

• Work with Product Modeling Environment (PME) and CRM Middleware.

• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and business process documentation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and solution architects.

• Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

• Mentor team members and share functional knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant.

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP CRM configuration and support.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities for Customer Engagement.

• Strong functional knowledge of:

  • Sales

  • Service

  • Marketing modules

• Experience with Product Modeling Environment (PME).

• Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware.

• Experience documenting business processes and functional specifications.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
