About the company
Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the rollout plan and the people side of change for large enterprise software programs that span several countries. Build repeatable delivery practices while running live engagements, partnering with senior leaders and external implementation firms, and relay what you learn in the field to product and engineering colleagues.
What you'll do
- Lead the change effort from start to finish, covering who is affected, how messages reach them, how people are trained and whether the new tools are really being used.
- Serve as the bridge between hands-on delivery teams and executive sponsors.
- Build a rollout playbook from scratch, including templates, review checkpoints and onboarding routines that make each new engagement smoother.
- Pass practical lessons from live programs to product and engineering so they can inform roadmap priorities.
- Apply the SAP Activate methodology, coaching colleagues, diagnosing customer pain points and suggesting alternative approaches.

- Practical involvement in establishing SAP PMO functions, including processes, templates and governance.
- Working knowledge of S/4HANA implementation paths and SAP Activate phases, along with the SAP Activate for Project Managers certification.
- Self-directed and results-oriented, having delivered across more than one employer or engagement.
- Comfort presenting to executives and senior client leaders.
- Professional-level English.
- Existing Brazil work authorization.
- Roughly 10 to 20 years of relevant experience.

- Prior time at a large professional services firm or an SAP consultancy.
