As a Senior SAP Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage SAP transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
- Drive end-to-end project execution across SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

- Drive alignment between business objectives and technical delivery throughout the transformation journey.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Program Management, or SAP Delivery Management.
- Strong experience managing large-scale SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Proven expertise in SAP Cutover Planning, Execution, and Hypercare Management.
- Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP project delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, and vendor engagements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and business executives.
- Experience coordinating global or enterprise-wide ERP transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of SAP technical landscapes, integration dependencies, deployment strategies, and release management processes.
- Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
- Lead complex SAP transformation programs from initiation through successful delivery.
- Develop and execute detailed cutover strategies for business-critical SAP deployments.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining alignment with program objectives.
- Manage competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in high-pressure environments.
- Drive governance, project controls, and delivery excellence across large-scale initiatives.
