Position: SAP HR Payroll Consultant (Swiss Payroll)
Location: Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Poland (Remote)
The Role
As part of our Professional Services Consulting team DACH we are looking for candidates with Swiss SAP Payroll experience for client service and new projects/implementations of SAP PY and ECP.
As senior Swiss payroll consultant you are working with our Swiss clients as well as our delivery center in Granada/Spain. Cross team collaboration in English is an important part of the role. Going forward within the further career you also have the option to extend skills within SFSF Employee Central, SF time, point to point integration and other leading HR systems solutions.
Responsibilities
- One or multiple customer assignments
- Lead design workshops to capture the payroll requirements
- Analyzing client requirements for the PY module
- Creating functional documentation / workbooks
- Implementing customer requirements in SAP HCM PY or SF Employee Central Payroll module (with support of technical consulting team in our service centers)
- Data Migration with the team especially for master and payroll data
- Lead Testing Cycle (Unit, User Acceptance Test and Parallel Testing)
- Proactive alignment cross work streams (e. g. in hybrid Successfactors EC, EC Payroll projects)
- Support Sales/Pre-Sales within Due Diligence Workshops for payroll with our prospects
Requirements
- Senior knowledge in Swiss Payroll and processes
- Senior Swiss SAP payroll configuration skills
- Client focus and a good understanding of client needs
- Positive attitude and collaboration internally and externally in our teams across Europe and India.
- German and English fluent
- Understanding of SAP Reporting tools (e.g. ad-hoc query, wage type reporter etc.)
- Understanding of payroll and post payroll processes (e. g. posting file to finance)
- Possibly experience within maintenance and support of SAP Payroll system
- Multiple payroll project implementations
- Experience working in a virtual team-oriented/home office based, collaborative, multinational environment (tools: teams chat and outlook)
