We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM/SF Consultant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing and optimizing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions for our diverse clientele. You will leverage your extensive experience to understand client needs, configure systems, and ensure efficient HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.
- Work closely with clients to analyze and gather HR requirements, translating them into effective SAP configurations.
- Customize and configure HCM and SuccessFactors modules to adhere to clients' business objectives and HR policies.
- Create and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate system functionality and performance.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, addressing any issues that arise post-implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems.
- Stay informed on the latest trends, updates, and best practices related to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM functionalities, including but not limited to Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules and cloud solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Experience in change management and project management methodologies is a plus.
- SAP certification in HCM and SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
