About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FI/CO solutions in S/4HANA
- Partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to define and deliver scalable solutions
- Translate complex business requirements into robust system designs and architecture
- Drive system enhancements, process improvements, and transformation initiatives
- Manage and contribute to regional and global SAP projects and change initiatives
- Ensure stable operations by resolving complex issues and guiding users
- Mentor junior team members and share functional expertise
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in finance, business,
- IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of SAP FI/CO experience, preferably in a multinational / global environments
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and financial processes
- Proven experience in leading implementations and complex projects
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Advanced analytical thinking with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Fluent written and spoken English.
