Join Westernacher Consulting’s SAP Warehouse Management Practice in Spain and help international clients transform their warehouse and supply chain execution processes. As a Senior SAP EWM Consultant, you will take ownership of functional workstreams and deliver practical, end-to-end SAP EWM solutions across complex implementation projects.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Design and implement end-to-end warehouse and supply chain execution processes using SAP EWM
- Take ownership of SAP EWM workstreams, from requirements analysis and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment and go-live support
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and clear guidance for development teams.
- Lead customer workshops, demonstrate SAP EWM capabilities and recommend process improvements with well-defined benefits and trade-offs
- Plan and deliver SAP EWM work packages while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer outcomes.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities through solution input, estimations, demonstrations and proposal support
Your Expertise:
- 5+years of relevant experience implementing SAP EWM
- Functional or technical proficiency demonstrated through at least three full-cycle SAP EWM implementations
- Strong SAP EWM configuration, solution design, testing and documentation capabilities.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes across different industries and the ability to identify meaningful optimization opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills English & Spanish
- Willingness to travel when required by client projects

Skills Required
- Minimum 5-7+ years of relevant experience with SAP EWM
- Functional and/or technical proficiency demonstrated in at least three full-cycle SAP implementation projects
- Proven ability to explain and demonstrate SAP EWM processes and identify process optimization opportunities
- Good cross-module knowledge enabling the design of end-to-end sales and distribution processes (SAP SD)
- Solid SAP EWM configuration and solution design skills
- Consulting mindset with ability to propose multiple process improvement options and articulate pros and cons
- Experience across multiple industries with a solid understanding of warehouse processes
- Use of AI to optimize delivery (process analysis, testing support, reporting) and ability to explain AI-driven scenarios and business value
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel depending on project requirements
- SAP certifications in SAP EWM
- Experience with Public Cloud
- Exposure to pre-sales activities (solution input, proposal support)
