Requirement:We are looking for a Senior consultant PP with a good PM and QM knowledge.
The candidate must have experience of PP in discrete manufacturing industry (A&D is a plus).
The candidate must have relevant experience with S/4.
Job description:
Mission description: pilot implementation of production module integrated with EWM, finance, controlling and interface with an MES.
Functionalities to develop (and document):
- Configuration of PP with integration with EWM, finance & controlling
- Interface with MES
- pMRP, scheduling, MRP Live, capacity leveling, shopfloor management
- Ability to drive detailed design workshops
- Ability to plan the training sessions to the key users and to proceed with the trainings
- Support to the testing sessions
- Integration with Quality management
- Detailed analysis, configuration of the system
- WRICEF supervision
- Support to the data migration: data mapping, error tracking and corrections, data loading
- Setup of the cutover plan and realization of the go-live
- End user support post go-live
Locations: Washington (MO), Cottonwoods Falls (KS), Cuba (MO) (without PP-MES deployment).
Mission start: ASAP
Mission duration: +/-12 months
Language: Fluent in English, French is a plus
