Guardian is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technology Lead to drive the design, build, and delivery of a next-generation Salesforce CRM platform leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This role will play a critical part in modernizing and transforming our legacy CRM ecosystem, leading the migration to FSC while enabling scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep Salesforce expertise, strong architectural acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
You Will
- Lead the end-to-end transformation from legacy CRM to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including architecture, design, and implementation
- Define and implement scalable Salesforce architectures, leveraging best practices across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSC
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and deliver industry-specific solutions for financial services, including client onboarding, relationship management, servicing, and compliance workflows
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on development guidance across Salesforce configuration and custom development
- Lead and mentor onshore/offshore development teams and external vendors, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery
- Drive solution governance, standards, and DevOps practices, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security requirements
- Oversee data migration strategy and execution from legacy CRM systems to Salesforce FSC
- Manage integrations with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., policy admin systems, data platforms, APIs, middleware)
- Provide effort estimation, resource planning, and delivery management across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, Data, Security, and Operations
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders
You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, with increasing leadership responsibility
- Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations or CRM transformation programs
- Strong knowledge or exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) (hands-on FSC experience preferred; equivalent domain exposure acceptable)
- Financial services industry experience (e.g., insurance, banking, wealth management)
- Extensive hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce configuration (flows, workflows, validation rules, security model)
- Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
- Experience designing and executing data migration strategies from legacy systems
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, and governance frameworks
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor distributed development teams (onshore/offshore and vendors)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders

- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Certified Application or System Architect
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
- Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
- Financial Services Cloud Accreditation (highly desirable)

Salary Range:
$152,290.00 - $250,195.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
